I am a bioinformatics master student at the University of Copenhagen currently doing my research at Center for Health Data Science, supervised by Prof. Anders Krogh. Recently, I am working on the development of multi-modal DGD model and apply it on cancer clinical data for prediction and diagnosis.

Research

I'm interested in applying deep learning technique for interdisciplinary research. Recently, I deployed the DGD model for the application of finding subtypes of cancers and predicting the possible cancer metastasis. When I was an undergraduate student, I first discovered the photoexcited audible sound effect and proposed a potential mechanisms. Besides, I also tasted computational chemistry, from material design to DFT-based computation.
